Housey’s Rapids Annual Picnic 2010

What a great day! Over 70 people turned out in beautiful sunny weather to participate in the 49th Annual Housey’s Rapids Picnic. The kids’ games, organised and run by the Sutherland sisters, Elizabeth, Jenelle and Grace were a great hit even with the big kids, especially the Bucket Brigade. Kim Lasachuk and mom, Gwen Hems, again did a roaring trade at the Craft table with kids making and wearing decorative sunglasses, and Gord and Tien White fed everybody with their usual cheerful efficiency.Read More
