We need a lot of members (and a little bit of money from each). When it comes to our Advocacy role with municipal and regional governments, member numbers are important - this is a proven fact. Please join us. It's important and membership is a great deal.
If you are new to the KLRA, have a look at the great reasons to join us (below), then go here to join.

Lake Plan Management: We influence policies regarding water quality, fisheries, lake levels and shoreline protection.
Monitor Lake Water Quality: Clarity and phosphorous testing is recorded each year during the spring, summer and fall. As well, bethnic monitoring occurs during the summer. A history file is maintained.
Our Motto: “Dedicated to the preservation of the environment for future generations” says it all.
Nagaya Beach: KLRA owns property (Nagaya Beach) and is maintained for the Kahshe community to enjoy. Major costs are associated with the beach (taxes, maintenance, swim rafts, toilets and insurance).
Maintain the value of your home and property. KLRA monitors development and policies to ensure they do not negatively impact on the beauty of our lake and subsequently on real estate values.
