The Annual General Meeting of KLRA will take place on Sunday, July 10, 2015 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Location is the Muskoka Bay Club, 1217 North Muldrew Lake Road in Gravenhurst. (Follow Bay Street down to the wharf, after passing Boston Pizza, turn left at the lights onto N. Muldrew Lake Road. After 450m take second left onto Muskoka Bay Boulevard. After 1.1 km turn left onto Carrick Trail. After 600m Club House will be on the left.)
The annual business meeting includes:
- Approval of minutes from 2015
- Consideration of 2015 financial statements
- Appointment of auditor for 2016
- Set dues for 2016-2017
- Proposed budget for 2016-2017
- Changes to constitution / bylaws / policies and procedures
- Election of directors
