Highway 11 Study Public Information Centre #3

We have received the following notice of a meeting regarding the proposals for altering Highway 11.  This project affects property and business owners from Washago to Gravenhurst.

The third Public Information Centre (PIC #3) has been arranged for the Highway 11 – Improvements from 1.0 km South of Simcoe Road 169 Northerly to Muskoka Road 169, G.W.P. 5817-04-00.  The purpose of the PIC #3 is to present and receive input on the evaluation of alternatives and a preferred plan that summarizes the results of the assessment and evaluation of alternatives for the entire Highway 11 corridor within the study area. 

In addition, please see the attached Business Impact Analysis Questionnaire.  This survey seeks to obtain information regarding the nature of your business, past trends of retail sales, and your perceived impacts associated with the proposed Highway 11 improvements.  Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.   The information being collected as part of the Highway 11 Improvements Study & Class Environmental Assessment being undertaken by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation will be used in the assessment of local economic impacts. Be assured that all information collected will be kept strictly confidential as outlined in the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
